Who Are You?

I’m a no-namer really, but let’s keep that on the hush so as not to ruin this site’s reputation. OK, honestly, I’m a graduate student pursuing a Masters of Accounting degree. I just finished taking the CPA exam, so I am well on my way to becoming a life-long bean counter. As for poker, I’ve been playing for about 3 years now (almost exclusively on the internet) and have seen an enormous amount of hands. I’ve won my fair share of money, and if you really want to know how much, you can email me.What sites do you play on?I’ve played on quite a few sites to be honest, but my favorites are PokerStars, Ultimate Bet, and Paradise Poker.

What is your poker alias?

Why “Hold Em Authority?”

Well, I knew that I wanted to focus on Hold Em, and I wanted to sound like I was important, so I put 2 and 2 together.

Will this site branch out and focus on other games?

At this point, you don’t want my advice on any other games, but if I become a more well-rounded poker player, it’s quite possible.

Why should I take your advice?

In these 3 years of playing, I’ve picked up on many patterns, tried many strategies, and played against a plethora of playing styles. My early failures have given way to present success, and my hopes in creating this site is I can help you skip those failures (as much as possible) and bring you some success at the poker tables.
